Who we are

Effective date: August 31, 2026

AI Automations IE (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website aiautomationsie.com and provides AI phone assistant, business automation, and AI training services to businesses in the Inland Empire, California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through a form on this site, book a consultation, call us, or email us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details of your inquiry.

Phone calls. Calls to our business line may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can schedule appointments accurately, follow up on your request, and improve our service. If you would rather not be recorded, tell the assistant or ask for a callback by email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring site, using cookies. We do not run advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or social media trackers on this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To schedule and confirm appointments
  • To send you messages you have opted in to receive
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it
  • To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations

Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have opted in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form or agreeing during a phone call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: website hosting, analytics, telephone and messaging platforms, and scheduling tools. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may make these requests under California privacy law. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Suggested text: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
